The Pack Leadership manages” The Pack. It is composed of Committee Chairs, Den Leaders and the Cubmaster. In order for the Pack to be successful and for you to enjoy your son’s Cub Scout Experience, every parent should become involved in some capacity within the Pack, there are leadership roles or activity leading roles.
